Terms and Conditions

We hereby inform you:

• Booking & Payment: A payment of 30%–40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least one week prior to the commencement of the tour.
• Rate Validity: Quoted rates are valid only for a limited period. As hotel and transportation rates are subject to dynamic pricing and may fluctuate based on demand and availability, prices may change without prior notice.
• Pricing Basis: All package prices are based on a minimum group size of 4–6 persons traveling together, unless otherwise specified.
• Hotel Availability: Hotel room availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking. In the event of non-availability, every effort will be made to provide accommodation in a similar category hotel.
• Peak Season Surcharges: Package prices are not valid during festive periods, peak seasons, conventions, conferences, Christmas, New Year, or other special events. Additional charges may apply during such periods.
• Itinerary Changes: Any additional expenses arising from changes to the itinerary or extended stays due to flight cancellations, adverse weather conditions, illness, roadblocks, or any circumstances beyond our control shall be borne by the guest.
• Price Calculation: All prices are based on prevailing fuel costs, parking fees, permit charges, hotel taxes, government taxes, and road taxes applicable at the time of quotation.
• Local Transport Restrictions: Certain tourist destinations, hill stations, shopping areas, and market roads may have vehicle entry restrictions or “No Entry” zones. Guests may be required to use alternative local transportation at an additional cost, payable directly, which is not included in the package cost.
• Driver Service Conditions: Drivers will strictly adhere to local traffic regulations and will not operate vehicles in restricted or unsafe areas. The standard driver duty period is up to 12 hours per day. Any requirement beyond this duration must be communicated in advance and may attract additional charges.
• Multiple Visits: If multiple visits to a specific sightseeing location are required, guests are advised to inform us in advance, as additional parking and transportation charges may apply.
• Sightseeing & Vehicle Usage: Vehicles are provided for sightseeing as per the approved itinerary and within designated city or route limits. Any additional, off-route, or substitute sightseeing requests may incur extra charges. No refund will be provided for any sightseeing attraction not visited due to operational, time, weather, or other constraints.
• Force Majeure: No refund, cancellation, or compensation shall be applicable for any disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, landslides, road closures, government actions, political disturbances, terrorism, strikes, operational issues, or transportation cancellations.
• Liability: The company shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss, theft, damage to property, or loss of life occurring during the course of the tour.
• Service Modification & Cancellation: The company reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any service without prior notice. Services may be withheld or cancelled if the required advance payment has not been received and accepted by the company.
• No Refund for Unused Services: No refund, reimbursement, or compensation will be provided for any unused services, sightseeing, transportation, accommodation, or other tour components after confirmation, regardless of the reason.
• Final Confirmation: Final confirmation of all services is subject to receipt of 100% payment as per the payment schedule communicated by the company.
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
